Thanksgiving 2016

This year we got to host Thanksgiving. It helped that we had a 22lb turkey we wanted to get rid of.
We had my family over and Dan's parents over on the Sunday. Everyone brought something to help out with the meal. It turned out pretty fantastic. The kids ran wild and we all got to visit or lounge around or play some games. Pretty fantastic and lots of food. Good times.

I didn't get any pictures. I was a little busy getting food ready and cleaned up. :)

Monday there was a dinner planned out at my grandparents but we woke up to a lot of snow and I didn't feel like driving in the first snow fall of the year.. to many idiots out. Sean saw all the snow and instantly started asking to go sledding. So we invited some friends and we made a party of it.

I had to send Dan and Sean to Walmart to buy some sleds so we would actually have some. While they were there Sean saw a man wearing a bandana and eye patch but not dressed up as a pirate or anything. Anyway Sean saw him and said Rrrrr Matie. Dan had to explain to him that he wasn't actually a pirate. Super funny.

Holland's and Yee's came to join us in the sledding fun. We just went in the school field across from us. It's perfect for kids. Especially Sean. He can go down on his own and carry his sled back up. WIN!

After Sledding we made some pizza and played Hand and Foot. It was a super fun day!
